Booking Fee T&C

We will require a £20 per hour booking fee on any appointments over 1 hour in length or for any new clients, that is deducted from your balance upon payment. If you cancel/move your appointment within 48hours of the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you move your appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment, then the booking fee balance is moved alongside the appointment. If the booking fee has not been taken and you cancel/move your appointment within the 48hour period, you may be liable for a booking fee upon your next appointment regardless of length or a £30 booking charge will be taken from your card saved on file
