Our COVID 19 Guidelines And Procedures

To allow us to re-open while keeping both our team and our clients safe, we have implmented the following procedures and guidelines.

When you arrive
  • We are asking all clients to only arrive at their appointment time and to wait outside the salon until they're asked to come in

  • Please only bring personal belongings that are essential - no shopping bags or coats (If a coat is needed, please bring a plastic bag to store your coat in)

  • Please attend your appointment alone to allow us to maintain social distancing throughout the salon

  • All clients will be provided with a facemask when you arrive at the salon, we will add a small amount of £2 onto each clients bill to cover the cost of the extra PPE we are providing. More information about the safety levy can be found here. You are permitted to bring your own but we will still provide you with one of ours aswell

  • You'll be greated by one of our team members with their friendly smile. Unfortunaly, without the usual hugs or handshakes

  • There will be a hand santitation station at reception to sanitise your hands

  • You'll then be asked to make your way to the bathroom & asked to wash your hands

  • After you've washed your hands, You'll be asked to make your way back to the santitation station and wait to be seated

  • You'll then be greeted by a team member who will be wearing a visor who will take you to your allowcated seat.

During your appointment
  • To reduce the chance of cross contamination, we will not be providing drinks or magazines

  • We will also be providing each client with disposible PPE to wear during their appointment which will be disposed of after each appointment.

  • We will ensure that you have plenty of space, leaving enough room inbetween yourself and other clients during the treatment

  • You will notice that we have installed perspex screens in the salon inbetween basins and in front of our reception to keep yourself and our team members safe.

  • We have placed hand sanitisers around our salon for client use. Please use these regularly

After your appointment
  • Your stylist will bring you to you to reception & will you with our receptionist so they can dis-infect their station & tools. This will be done inbetween each client

  • You'll notice a perspex screen at reception

  • Card payments would be preferred but you can use cash if you wish

  • If you wish to give your stylist / therapist a tip. Please ask reception so they can talk to you about adding tips via card

  • Reception will then be able to book your next appointment in as normal

  • We will keep you updated with any changes that happen
